It gives us immense pleasure to inform you that the 17th Navaratri Utsav of our Sabha will be celebrated from Thursday, 03'rd October to Saturday, 12'th October 2024 at Sarasawat Cultural and Recreation Centre, (G.S.B. Garden) Near N. L. Complex, Dahisar (East), Mumbai - 400068.

As you all are well aware that G.S.B. Sabha, Dahisar - Borivali started the most popular Navaratri Utsav in the year 2008 with the inauguration by our Param Poojya Shrimad Sudhindra Tirth Swamiji, the 20'h Mathadhipati of Sri Kashi Math Samsthan, Varanasi, at Saraswat Cultural & Recreation Centre, commonly known as G.S.B. Garden. Thereafter, G.S.B. Sabha has been celebrating this festival every year with all religiosity and cultural ethos.

The G.S.B. Sabha has always been blessed by our Param Poojya Shrimad Sudhindra Tirth Swamiji who adorned the majestic Idol of the Navaratri Devi with a Gold Crown in 2011. We were also blessed by Param Poojya Shrimad Samyamindra Tirth Swamiji, Mathadhipati of Sri Kashi Math Samsthan, Varanasi, during the Navaratri Festival in 2014.

Devotees have, out of their experience over the past 16 years, appreciated and also vouched for the observance of various poojas, havans and homas done during the 10-day festival. This is strictly done according to religious customs and traditions to propitiate Navaratri Devi, befitting her different incarnations, thereby depicting & decorating the idol in relevant roopas on different days.

We request the devotees to come forward and support the festival with their active participation in the form of TANU, MANA and DHANA.

During the 10 day festival, there are various cultural activities such as bhajans, kirtans, dance, drama and other variety entertainments. We also arrange free total health check-up camp for all and free distribution of books to children. All these social activities can be undertaken only with financial assistance from munificent devotees like you. We, therefore, once again appeal to you earnestly to contribute generously by performing various poojas and sevas listed on the last page to make your Navaratri Utsav a Grand Success.
