4. Refund and Cancellation
Donations and membership fees are generally non-refundable and not cancellable. Refunds will only be considered for duplicate or erroneous transactions as detailed in our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
